You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use any real-money product on tko77. Age and identity verification may be required at any time.
Each player is permitted exactly one tko77 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances or bonus credits.

To register and maintain an Account on tko77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:
3.1 Each Player may hold exactly one Account on tko77. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid mobile number. tko77 relies on this information for KYC verification and for the processing of withdrawals.
3.3 tko77 may, at its sole discretion and at any stage of the Account lifecycle, require you to submit supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment methods. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:
3.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by tko77 will result in a temporary freeze on withdrawals until documentation is provided and reviewed. tko77 will not process withdrawal requests to unverified accounts.
3.5 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. tko77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify tko77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.6 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring access to your Account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
4.1 tko77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported channels and minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 All funds deposited into a tko77 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. tko77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the Account will be subject to review.
4.3 Deposits are credited to your Real-Money Balance in real time for most payment channels. In the event of a technical delay, deposits will be credited within 30 minutes. If a deposit is not credited within this period, you should contact tko77 support with your transaction reference number.
4.4 tko77 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which tko77 accepts no responsibility.
4.5 tko77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
5.1 Withdrawal requests from a verified tko77 Account to a registered Indonesian bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within three minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
5.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and that matches the verified Account identity. tko77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.3 tko77 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation prior to approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where the Account has not previously been fully verified.
5.4 Only Real-Money Balance that is free from active wagering requirements may be withdrawn. Bonus Balance that has not met its applicable Wagering Requirement is not withdrawable. Any attempt to withdraw funds derived from bonus play before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion and any associated winnings.
5.5 tko77 may impose a maximum daily withdrawal limit. Current limits are displayed on the Withdrawal page within the Account dashboard. VIP players may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits; contact support for details.
5.6 In the event that tko77 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, a withdrawal request may be placed on hold for up to 72 hours pending investigation. tko77 will communicate the reason for the hold and its expected duration to the Player via the registered email address.
6.1 tko77 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed to coincide with events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and BRI Liga 1 milestones.
6.2 Each bonus offer is governed by its own specific terms, including the applicable Wagering Requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, maximum bet per round during wagering, and expiry date. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.
6.3 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all tko77 promotions:
6.4 Players who tko77 reasonably believes are exploiting promotional offers — through bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play designed to extract value without genuine recreational intent — will have their bonus access revoked and may have their Accounts reviewed for compliance with these Terms.
7.1 All casino games available on tko77 — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and crash games — operate under the rules published by the respective game provider and displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding game rules before placing real-money wagers.
7.2 tko77's sportsbook accepts wagers on Sporting Events including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Timnas Indonesia internationals, and other markets. Sportsbook wagers, including Asian handicap (voor bola, an Asian-handicap betting format) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, are subject to the odds and rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
7.3 Once a bet or wager is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where tko77 explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-edit feature for a specific market.
7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, game server error, or connectivity failure during a game round, tko77 will endeavour to settle the round based on the last known valid game state. Where a valid game state cannot be determined, the affected round's stakes will be refunded to the Player's Real-Money Balance. This decision is made at tko77's sole discretion and is final.
7.5 Odds on Sporting Events may be updated in real time. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted by tko77's sportsbook system, not those displayed at the moment the Player initiates the bet selection.
7.6 tko77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event the outcome of which was known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence that the odds were materially incorrect due to a system error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tko77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
9.1 tko77 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.
9.2 Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, tko77 may withhold or forfeit any Account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld balance will be returned to the Player promptly.
9.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting tko77 support. Any Real-Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

10.1 All content on the tko77 Platform — including but not limited to the tko77 name, logo, brand assets, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of tko77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without tko77's express prior written consent.
10.3 Game content, including slot titles, live dealer streams, and sportsbook odds data, is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. All rights in such content are reserved by the respective rights holders.
11.1 tko77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tko77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
11.2 tko77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if tko77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 tko77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the Real-Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time of the relevant incident.
11.4 tko77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond tko77's reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, power outages, telecommunications failures, or cyber-attacks.
11.5 Nothing in this Clause shall limit tko77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.1 tko77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 tko77 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where required by law or as necessary to process your transactions (e.g., sharing payment data with BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet providers to process deposits and withdrawals).
12.3 tko77 retains Account data for a minimum of five years following Account closure to comply with anti-money laundering and record-keeping obligations.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 9.3.

15.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to tko77's licensed jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through tko77's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.
15.2 tko77 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of tko77 complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction, including Indonesian laws and regulations applicable to online gambling activities.
15.3 Nothing in this Agreement limits tko77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
